Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily operations and growth of our online business. This role is responsible for managing product listings, optimizing the customer experience, and driving online sales performance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with a customer-first mindset and hands-on experience in e-commerce platforms and digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across product content, pricing, and availability
- Partner with marketing teams to execute promotions, campaigns, and website updates
- Provide timely and professional customer support, including order inquiries and issue resolution
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and increase average order value through merchandising and upselling strategies
- Monitor website performance and analyze sales data, customer behavior, and feedback to inform improvements
- Maintain accurate and organized records of inventory, orders, and transactions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of e-commerce experience
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms and content management systems; Magento or Adobe Commerce experience is a plus
- Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
