The Role
We are looking for a retail sales team member who is ready to jump in and help our customers find the perfect plants. This position is currently available as part-time (8:30 AM – 1:30 PM), with the potential for full-time hours for the right candidate.
What You Bring
* Plant Knowledge: A must-have. You should be comfortable discussing plant care and varieties.
* Experience: Previous nursery or greenhouse experience is a big plus.
* Customer Service: You are friendly, approachable, and enjoy helping people.
* Physical Ability: You must be able to lift 50 lbs and work comfortably in all weather conditions.
* Work Ethic: You are self-motivated, reliable, and looking for a long-term role.
