Position type: Exempt

• Supporting and leading development projects and work packages related to Molybdenum and Tungsten (refractory metals) in close collaboration with other departments (Q,L,S) to meet customer's emerging technologies.
• Planning, supervision, assessment, documentation of experiments, feasibility studies, and process optimizations
• Managing and documentation of new product introduction and coordination of production handover according to internal processes
• Screening and evaluation of new technologies, suppliers, and applications
• Close collaboration and international exchange with our colleagues, customers and development partners
• Technical background: Material Science, Physics, Engineering
• Basics in Project Management
• Basics in Material science and characterization methods
