PSA, a leading youth sports organization, is growing and looking for a dynamic, high-energy Camp/Sports Manager to join our team. We have a full-time salaried position available as Camp/Sports/Web Content Manager, where you will take on a key role in overseeing our camps and soccer recreation programs. Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to manage our summer and seasonal camps, coordinate basketball programs, and oversee web content. This role combines sports programming, event coordination, and digital content management. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless operations of both camps and soccer activities while maintaining up-to-date web content for all programs. Key Responsibilities include:

Camp Programming:

• Plan, organize, and oversee youth summer/seasonal camps.
• Manage the logistics of camp operations, including facility booking, equipment management, and staff coordination.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, including check-in/check-out processes and adherence to safety protocols.
• Train and supervise camp counselors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Manage parent communication, handling inquiries, conflict resolution, and feedback.

Soccer Sport Programmer:

• Develop and schedule basketball programs, leagues, and tournaments for various skill levels and age groups.
• Collaborate with coaches and referees to ensure high-quality experiences for participants.
• Oversee league operations, including roster management, game schedules, and results tracking.
• Monitor program performance and participant feedback to make necessary improvements.

Web Content Management:

• Maintain and update the organization's website with accurate and engaging content about camps, sport programs, and upcoming events.
• Manage online registrations, ensuring all information is up to date and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs through digital channels, including social media and email newsletters.
• Ensure timely updates to schedules, team standings, and announcements.

We are seeking an individual with the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in sports programming or camp management.
• Experience managing web content and online registration systems.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and parents.
• Knowledge of soccer programming and youth sports development is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and web content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
