What You’ll Lead:
Camp Programming
- Design, organize, and oversee PSA’s summer and seasonal camps.
- Manage daily camp operations — facilities, equipment, staff, and safety.
- Lead and mentor camp counselors with confidence and positivity.
- Communicate with parents, resolve issues, and ensure every family feels supported.
Soccer Program Management
- Build and schedule leagues, tournaments, and training programs for all ages.
- Partner with coaches and referees to deliver top‑tier experiences.
- Oversee rosters, schedules, results, and league operations.
- Track program performance and drive continuous improvement.
Who Thrives in This Role
We’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and a love for youth sports:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, Education, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sports programming or camp management.
- Experience with online registration systems.
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with coaches, staff, and parents.
- Knowledge of youth soccer programming is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
