Responsibilities

- Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including scheduling appointments and verifying patient information.
- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally, providing accurate information or directing calls as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining patient records.
- Support the Practice Manager with various operational duties to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
- Follow through diligently on assigned tasks, demonstrating reliability and attention to detail.
- Maintain a presentable and professional appearance consistent with an upscale boutique environment.

Requirements
