• Client Relationship Management: Act as a friendly, primary point of contact for day-to-day administrative inquiries and meeting prep (e.g., address changes, general account questions, scheduling appointments and information gathering for meeting prep).

• Office Administration: Manage complex schedules, follow up on outstanding task workflows, answer phone calls, and assist with compliance record-keeping.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or office management role. Experience working within a professional services environment (finance, legal, or real estate) is highly preferred but not required.
  • Strong client service capabilities, including Client Services and Customer Service skills to support and engage clients effectively.
