We are looking for a licensed Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife to Lead our Coachella Health Center Clinician Team. This role is a Lead Clinician role, with management responsibilities.
Bring your passion for reproductive healthcare to life by leading other providers and providing high-quality exams, diagnosis, treatment, education, and counseling. You’ll also be a go-to medical resource, supporting and empowering both licensed and non-licensed team members.
This role is considered Full-Time/Fully-Benefited and is designed for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, or a Certified Nurse Midwife licensed in the state of California.
This role comes with a very competitive salary and a $45K retention bonus as well!

- Manage other health center clinicians to ensure the provision of high quality, cost effective medical care and excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with other Healthcare providers, Physicians, and Management on patient care and clinical improvements.
- Partner with a Case Management team, which will communicate with patients on lab results, referrals, and other aspects of patient care.
- Gain new skills such as IUC retrievals, Nexplanon insertions, Cryotherapy, Bartholin Cyst I&D, and prescribe GAHT (Gender Affirming Hormone therapy).

- Hold an active California license as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or a Certified Nurse Midwife.
- Have at least 1 year of healthcare experience as NP, CNM, or PA.
- Have previous leadership experience.

Salary : $152,880 - $199,800
