In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that reimagine how we deliver care, streamline operations, and strengthen our ability to adapt and thrive.

What we're looking for:- Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years of experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation projects, or change management in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
- 2 years of Process and System Improvement experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and executive teams.
- Familiarity with healthcare delivery models, quality improvement, and organizational development
- Lead transformation initiatives focused on care delivery, operational efficiency, and innovation, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and priorities.
- Partner with clinical, operational, and business leaders to design, implement, and sustain new models, processes, and solutions that advance the agency’s mission.
- Apply change management and process improvement methodologies to support successful transformation and adoption of new practices.
- Evaluate and document current and future state processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment, buy-in, and effective execution of transformation initiatives.
- Communicate transformation outcomes, progress, and recommendations to executive leadership and relevant stakeholders through clear, timely updates and presentations.
- Oversee the transformation portfolio and drive strategic planning for organizational change and innovation.
- Support prioritization and reporting for transformation initiatives, providing timely updates and clear communication to stakeholders.
- Serve as project manager for select transformation initiatives, leveraging advanced project management and change management skills to ensure successful delivery and strategic alignment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and escalate risks, interdependencies, and barriers to transformation, developing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Support and promote a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and innovation throughout the organization.
