About The Role
Under the direction of the Director of Health Center Operations, the Manager of Virtual Health oversees the day‑to‑day operations of PPLM’s telehealth services. This role is responsible for managing virtual care delivery, supervising staff, and driving operational performance to improve patient access, productivity, and experience.
The Manager of Virtual Health works closely with health center and cross‑functional leadership to implement process improvements, support digital tools (including telehealth platforms and EHR workflows), and ensure services meet quality, regulatory, and organizational standards.

About The Role
Under the direction of the Director of Health Center Operations, the Manager of Virtual Health oversees the day‑to‑day operations of PPLM’s telehealth services. This role is responsible for managing virtual care delivery, supervising staff, and driving operational performance to improve patient access, productivity, and experience.
The Manager of Virtual Health works closely with health center and cross‑functional leadership to implement process improvements, support digital tools (including telehealth platforms and EHR workflows), and ensure services meet quality, regulatory, and organizational standards.
Your Day to Day:
- Manage telehealth operations, scheduling templates, and productivity goals
- Supervise, train, and support staff; manage performance in collaboration with HR
- Partner cross‑functionally to expand patient access through virtual care
- Monitor budgets, KPIs, dashboards, and patient trends
- Support EHR optimization, workflow improvements, and digital tools
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, MDPH, Title X (where applicable), and PPFA standards
- Address operational barriers, patient complaints, and follow‑up processes
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations, team management, or performance improvement
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and data‑analysis skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with MS Office; EHR and telehealth experience preferred

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
