Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise a staff of employees, while working with management to handle all security duties of a site.
- Will order inventory supplies, uniforms, and work orders for sites.
- Inspect completed work for conformance standards.
- Assist during emergencies on site.
- Support the Site Supervisor in overseeing daily security operations, ensuring all posts are staffed and protocols are consistently followed
- Supervise, coach, and provide direction to security officers during shifts, reinforcing performance standards and professionalism
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and timekeeping to maintain adequate site coverage at all times
- Monitor access control, surveillance systems (CCTV), and incident reporting to ensure a safe and secure environment
- Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations, coordinating with local authorities when necessary
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify safety risks, security breaches, or policy violations
- Train new security personnel on site-specific procedures, post orders, and client expectations
- Maintain accurate daily activity logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation
- All other job duties as requested/required.
- Experience supervising a staff and day to day operations.
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Three years of experience in security services and/or building maintenance/janitorial, including lead responsibilities
- Multi tasks work and perform well under pressure.
- Eager to learn and take on additional responsibility.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational, reasoning, and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, highly organized, attention to detail, courteous, friendly, hardworking, and professional.
- Must be able to work in inclement weather.
- May be required to lift to 50 lbs.
