Provide transportation to school and therapy for clients Monday through Friday, ensuring timely and safe arrival
Coordinate scheduling and communicate with clients, healthcare providers, and caregivers to ensure seamless care delivery
Advocate for clients' needs and preferences, promoting autonomy and dignity in their daily lives
Foster strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure exceptional customer service
Participate in community outreach and education initiatives to promote PlanMerica's mission and services
