Plank Enterprises is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead high-impact projects that support operational excellence, business growth, and technology transformation. This role will lead enterprise initiatives including ERP implementation, CRM and CPQ optimization, process improvements, system integrations, and other strategic projects aligned with company objectives.

What You'll Do

• Lead complex crossfunctional projects from planning through implementation.

Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and performance metrics.

• Drive ERP, CRM, CPQ, and business system improvement initiatives.

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, consultants, and implementation partners.

• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and ensure successful project execution.
• Support organizational change management, communication, and user adoption.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, scalability, and business performance.
• Provide project updates and recommendations to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For

• 7 years of project management experience.
• Proven success leading ERP, CRM, CPQ, or enterprise software implementations.
• Experience managing largescale, crossfunctional projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problemsolving skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
• PMP certification.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or multicompany business experience.
• Experience leading organizational change initiatives.
