Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and fixture malfunctions
- Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete projects efficiently
- Perform remodeling tasks such as pipe replacement, fixture upgrades, and system upgrades on existing structures
- Conduct routine maintenance on plumbing systems to prevent future problems
- Lift heavy materials safely and operate construction site equipment as needed to ensure project safety and efficiency
Qualifications
- Proven experience in plumbing or related mechanical trades with emergency plumbing repair experience
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and carpentry skills for various installation tasks
- Strong understanding of construction processes including trouble shooting, remodeling and handyman tasks
- Valid driver’s license required for travel between job sites
- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces in residential settings
