Provide Financial Analysis and Technical Writing support to our engineering team. Duties include analyzing financial data, generating purchase requests, and providing technical writing assistance to our engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have strong financial analysis skills, excellent technical writing abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Basic REQUIRED Qualifications
" Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
" Certification in cost accounting, financial analysis, or a related field (e.g., CMA, CPA)
" 2 years of experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, or a related field
" Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost control
" Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with the ability to create complex spreadsheets, pivot tables, and charts
" Ability to analyze and interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide insights
" Excellent communication and organizational skills
" Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Basic REQUIRED Microsoft Office Skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including:
" Creating complex spreadsheets and formulas
" Developing pivot tables and charts
" Using Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and INDEX/MATCH
Strong Skills In Word, Including

" Experience with financial reporting tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or Power BI
" Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial discrepancies
" Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, finance, and procurement
" Experience with contractor management and requisition processes, including Beeline contractor requisitions
