We are seeking a kind and compassionate professional to join our team of Caregivers who provides assistance to seniors and special needs adult residents in their homes. The Caregiver will assist with personal care and household tasks such as laundry, cleaning, meal preparation and other assistance based on the client's individual needs. The Caregiver will also ensure that clients have the opportunity to maintain their independence, social and recreational activities and stay safe at home.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
- Cooking three meals and offering snacks daily
- Household cleaning and laundry, as per the weekly schedule
- Administering medication
- Complete safety and night time checks
- Documentation
- Reporting any changes in residents
- Build relationships with other medical staff; understand medical terminology; perform health screenings.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, PRN
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
