Planet Roof is hiring motivated, outgoing individuals to join our growing sales and neighborhood outreach team in Altoona, PA!

No roofing or sales experience needed! We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and the support you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Connect with homeowners throughout Altoona and surrounding neighborhoods
- Introduce Planet Roof and our roofing services
- Generate interest and schedule free roof evaluations
- Build relationships through face-to-face, door-to-door conversations
- Track appointments and work toward weekly performance goals
- Represent Planet Roof professionally in the community
Pay & Benefits
- Guaranteed $20/hour base pay

- Must be 18 years or older

- Reliable transportation and smartphone
Experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, construction, or sales is a plus — but not required!
