What are the responsibilities and job description for the Supply Chain Planning Analyst position at Planet Pharma?
A large biopharma company in the Northeast is looking to add a contract Supply Chain Planning Analyst to their team for the next 1–2 years. This person will help ensure drug supplies get to the right clinical trial sites on time, so studies aren’t delayed. They’ll work closely with the Clinical Supply Manager and act as the day-to-day coordinator for trial materials (tracking inventory, planning shipments, adjusting forecasts, and troubleshooting before sites run out of medication).

- Clinical supply support role working directly with the Clinical Supply Manager to support various clinical trial supply activities.
- Bachelor’s degree required with 1–3 years of clinical supply management experience in the pharmaceutical industry (overall experience will likely be closer to ~5 years).
- Supports planning and ongoing delivery of investigational products by managing the supply chain and supporting study execution and plan changes, including risk assessments and contingency planning for Clinical and Non-Clinical Therapy Area projects.
- Experience with Veeva Vault or other data management systems preferred.
