What You’ll Do
- Produce antibodies and other recombinant proteins using transient expression and stable cell pool approaches
- Prepare plasmid DNA
- Perform plate-based characterization assays (e.g., ELISA, MSD) to assess expression and binding
- Prepare and analyze samples for flow cytometry–based binding or expression assessments
- Document experiments, results, and protocols in accordance with internal standards

Qualifications
Required Skills
- Antibody/protein expression in CHO cells using shake flasks
- Strong mammalian cell culture technique
- Experience with plate-based protein characterization assays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to documentation and record-keeping
- Experience with cell engineering and stable cell line generation
- Flow cytometry sample preparation and data analysis
- Molecular biology experience
- Immunoassays experience (MSD, ELISA)
- Antibody purification experience
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or
- Master of Science (MS) degree with 0–2 years relevant experience
