Position: Office Administrative & Customer Support – Document Technician
Location: Richmond, VA (On-site)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00–4:30 PM or 8:30–5:00 PM
Contract Duration: Through 3/14/2026
Pay Rate: $18– $20/hr
Role Overview:
Provides records management and document support, assisting project teams to ensure all tasks are completed in accordance with organizational and client SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, scan, index, and file incoming study documents.
- Support filing for Trial Master File (TMF) and Case Report Form (CRF).
- Liaise with clinical study teams to resolve filing or quality review issues.
- Assist with TMF initiation and archival tasks.
- Provide general office and customer support as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and proficiency with computers.
Salary : $18 - $20
