Pay Rate: W2: $90–$120/hr | 1099/C2C: $100–$140/hr
Overview
Field?based owner’s representative responsible for overseeing installation and integration of process equipment and vendor skid packages on a large pharmaceutical construction project. Ensures equipment is installed correctly and ready for mechanical completion and commissioning.

Overview
Field?based owner’s representative responsible for overseeing installation and integration of process equipment and vendor skid packages on a large pharmaceutical construction project. Ensures equipment is installed correctly and ready for mechanical completion and commissioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the equipment discipline technical authority in the field
- Verify equipment and skid installations align with IFC drawings, vendor docs, and specs
- Coordinate installation and reassembly of modular skid systems
- Identify and escalate installation constraints and cross?trade interface issues
- Support mechanical completion, walkdowns, and commissioning readiness
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and engineering teams
- 5-10 years supporting process equipment and skid installations on GMP/pharma projects
- Strong experience with modular equipment systems and vendor packages
- Ability to coordinate across piping, electrical, instrumentation, and controls
- Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering preferred
Salary : $90 - $120
