Target PR Range: 35-45/hr DOE
Role Purpose
Provides clerical/administrative in support of Product Configuration Services (PCS) activities.
Essential Job Functions
Prepare and upload electronic documentation for Changes
Create Change Requests/Notices in PLM and provide basic recommendations for content
Perform incorporation of approved changes to documentation (e.g. verify correct implementation, coordinate with initiator for completion of business priorities)
Participate in special projects, complete assigned tasks and deliverables
Other incidental duties
Required Skills
Good computer skills including MS Office Suite
Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak English
General knowledge and understanding of policies, procedures and medical device regulations as it relates to records and documentation
Good written and verbal communications skills
Good problem-solving skills
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail
Contacts are with individuals within own department and with contacts outside own organization across the global organization.
Must be able to work in a team environment, including immediate supervisor and other team members in the group
Ability to build stable working relationships internally
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
Level Of Independence
Close and continuing supervision
Little or no authority to deviate from established procedures
Unusual questions are handed off to the supervisor to address and handle (as opposed to the employee continuing to have responsibility)
Events not covered by procedures/instructions are referred to supervisor for disposition (as opposed to the employee continuing to have responsibility)
Supervisor reviews progress and results for thoroughness
Preferred Skills
Able to read, write, comprehend, and speak Spanish a plus
Working knowledge of Windchill PLM a plus
