Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers, identifying their needs, and recommending suitable products
- Educate customers through product demonstrations, explaining device features, proper usage, and maintenance
- Maintain store presentation by organizing displays, restocking inventory, and ensuring cleanliness
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, including cash and card payments
- Promote additional products such as coils, batteries, and accessories to enhance customer experience and drive sales
- Monitor and manage inventory, including stocking shelves and organizing the stockroom
- Handle customer inquiries professionally, both in-store and over the phone
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous retail experience preferred, particularly in specialty or high-volume environments
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- Bilingual skills are highly valued
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and basic retail math
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain products and engage customers
- Experience with product demonstrations and upselling techniques
- Knowledge of vaping products and industry trends is helpful but not required—training will be provided
