Massachusetts Nursing Job Details
- Location: Brockton, MA 02301
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing, On-Site
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- End Date: January 31, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13-week contract
- Nursing Shift: 12-hour Day/Night Rotation (AM/PM), Every Other Weekend & Holiday
- Hours per Week: 36 (Guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,530 - $2,590
- Active and valid Massachusetts RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Nursing degree: diploma, ASN, or BSN (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of Staff Nurse experience, including Charge Nurse responsibilities in an acute care facility
- Proven nursing leadership experience in a hospital or clinical setting
- Strong clinical skills to oversee patient care from infancy to geriatrics
- Coordinate and supervise patient care across multiple nursing units during evening, night, and weekend shifts
- Serve as a role model and provide clinical direction to nursing staff
- Evaluate nursing care and ensure high-quality, cost-efficient patient outcomes
- Make staffing decisions and manage human resources within the Nursing Division
- Act as the on-site hospital representative, overseeing operational and administrative activities
- Plan and direct Nursing Division activities to comply with policies and achieve goals
- Promote interdisciplinary communication and collaboration
- Foster a positive image of the Nursing Division through effective interaction with patients, visitors, and the Brockton healthcare community
- Demonstrate commitment to personal career growth and professional development
