Registered Nurse Job Details
- Location: Shepherdsville, KY 40165 (Bullitt County, near Louisville)
- Healthcare Setting: Home Health
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 17, 2025
- Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday)
- Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
- Estimated Weekly Salary: $2120–$2180
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kentucky
- Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health RN
- Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation systems
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association preferred)
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients in the Shepherdsville, KY area
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care using OASIS and HCHB systems
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, medication management, and health maintenance
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Travel to patient homes throughout Bullitt County and surrounding areas
