ICU Registered Nurse Job Details

- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing
- Healthcare Setting: Critical Care Unit (CCU), Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care
- Start Date: November 3, 2025
- End Date: February 2, 2026
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Schedule: 3 x 12-hour day shifts per week (7:00 am – 7:30 pm), every other weekend
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1910 - $1960
- No on-call required
- Variable shifts may be required
- Active Maine RN license (Registered Nurse license)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
- Influenza vaccination as mandated by the State of Maine
- Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Ability to work variable shifts in a critical care environment
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU/CCU
- Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare team members
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and operate advanced critical care equipment
- Educate and support patients and their families during their ICU stay
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to hospital policies and nursing standards
