Homecare RN Job Details
- Job Title: Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Assignment
- Location: Bloomington, Indiana 47404 (Bedford/Bloomington territory)
- Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: November 17, 2025
- End Date: February 15, 2026
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shift: 8-hour day shifts
- Hours per Week: 40
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1900 - $1950
- On-Call: No on-call requirement
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indiana
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (within the last 3 years)
- Proficiency with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS EMR systems
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a home health territory
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes across the Bedford/Bloomington market
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Accurately document patient care using HCHB and OASIS EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medication administration, and home safety
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, clinical, and safety standards
