Home Health RN Job Details
- Job Title: Travel Homecare Registered Nurse (RN)
- Location: Wichita, KS (serving a 50-mile radius in the 5-county metro area)
- Assignment Type: Travel Nursing – Home Health
- Start Date: November 10, 2025
- End Date: February 8, 2026
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8-hour day shifts
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,870 - $1,920
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) and OASIS documentation systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel nursing assignments in Wichita
- Strong clinical assessment, organizational, and communication skills
- Provide skilled nursing care to home health patients throughout Wichita, KS and surrounding counties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Document patient care accurately using HCHB and OASIS systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care
- Travel within a 50-mile radius to deliver homecare nursing services across the Wichita metro area
