Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Early Morning Member Services Representative to join our team! Duties

• Greet members and guests warmly as they arrive, creating a positive first impression
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using POS (Point of Sale) systems and cash handling procedures
• Process cash transactions accurately while maintaining excellent guest service standards
• Assist with event setup and management, including outdoor activities or venue arrangements when needed
• Enforce safety protocols, including manual handling and safety procedures during heavy lifting or outdoor work
• Address guest inquiries promptly, resolving conflicts with tact and professionalism
• Support event management efforts by coordinating logistics and ensuring smooth operations throughout the morning
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, including safety checks and equipment inspections such as first aid kits and CPR readiness
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards
• Provide support for special events involving children or large groups, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service or guest relations within retail sales, hospitality, or event venues preferred
• Hands-on experience with POS systems, cash handling, and processing transactions required
• Background in event management or outdoor work experience highly advantageous
• Knowledge of conflict management techniques to handle challenging situations effectively
• Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred; Lifeguard or lifeguard experience is a plus
• Experience working with children or in resort settings enhances suitability for this role
• Familiarity with theater or food service environments can be beneficial for managing diverse guest needs
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting when setting up or breaking down events
