**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Club Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for our diverse clientele, ensuring a safe and efficient workout experience for all members. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and wellness and possesses excellent interpersonal skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop customized fitness programs tailored to individual member needs and fitness levels.
- Conduct one-on-one and group training sessions, ensuring proper technique and form.
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their goals and maintain a positive attitude towards fitness.
- Monitor and assess the progress of clients, providing feedback and adjusting programs as necessary.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of the fitness area, including all equipment.
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, techniques, and best practices.
- Collaborate with club staff to organize fitness events and workshops.
- Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to complement fitness routines.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a fitness trainer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, nutrition, and program design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals of all fitness levels.
- CPR/AED certification is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and evenings.
