Employee Benefits Account Executive

As an Employee Benefits Account Executive, you will be entrusted with managing a prestigious book of VIP clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all employee benefits matters. This role combines strategic account management with hands-on service delivery, requiring both technical expertise and outstanding interpersonal skills. You will work collaboratively with producers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure seamless benefits administration and exceptional client satisfaction. • Manage and service a dedicated book of VIP clients, serving as their trusted advisor for all employee benefits needs
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery
• Conduct regular client meetings to review plan performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for program enhancement
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, insurance carriers, and internal team members
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency

• Oversee the complete benefits renewal process for assigned clients, ensuring timely completion and optimal outcomes
• Coordinate with carriers to obtain renewal quotes and analyze plan options for groups ranging from 10 to 200 lives
• Prepare comprehensive renewal presentations and recommendations, including cost analysis and plan design alternatives
• Negotiate with carriers
