Summary/Objective
This role is part of the Production team at Planet Direct, supporting both Affixing and Bindery operations. Responsibilities include off-line affixing processes (stamping, labels, post-it notes, variable data imaging) as well as bindery functions such as cutting, folding, and collating. This is a fast-paced, hands-on position requiring operation and basic maintenance of tabbers, inkjets, bindery, and ancillary equipment.
Essential Functions

- Operate tabbers independently and assist with inkjet and bindery equipment under guidance as needed
- Run generic work and basic personalized forms independently
- Maintain sequential order of personalized forms, identify and flag breaks in sequence, and label containers as instructed
- Perform routine maintenance on department equipment to ensure proper functionality
- Monitor and inspect work to ensure quality standards are met
- Identify and report equipment or production issues promptly through appropriate channels
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE), and report hazards immediately
- Adhere to company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Maintain regular and reliable attendance and punctuality
- Cross-train on additional equipment or departments as needed to support production demands

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment can be loud.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday and occasionally on weekends. 2 shift is 3pm – 11:30pm.
