About the Role: Dental Treatment Coordinator
This is more than an administrative role—it’s a relationship-driven, sales-focused position that plays a key role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’ll help patients understand their care plans, guide them through financial options, and support them in making decisions that improve their health and confidence.
What You’ll Do:
- Champion the treatment plan process from diagnosis to patient acceptance
- Act as a trusted liaison between patients and our clinical team
- Present treatment plans clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish
- Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and empathy
- Proactively obtain and verify insurance details to streamline patient visits
- Educate patients on insurance benefits, payment plans, and care timelines
- Address concerns with understanding, transparency, and positivity
- Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of experience as a Treatment Coordinator, Office Manager, or similar dental admin role (Required)
- Dental knowledge and insurance expertise (Required)
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (Required)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- High emotional intelligence, adaptability, and a calm, professional demeanor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dental practice software
Details:
- Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour (additional with experience)
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts; weekend availability required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
