We are seeking an Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and roll-out support.
This is a hybrid position working 2x per week in either our Irvine, CA, Phoenix, AZ or Atlanta, GA offices.

We are seeking an Integrated Payments Specialist to coordinate, oversee, and execute on new and existing PDDS client payment account onboarding, activation, and roll-out support.

Job Duties
- Manage PDDS client’s payment account onboardings and activations
- Act as main point of contact for Payment partner and PDDS for sales operational support
- Coordinate and drive payment token account transfers for existing and new clients
- Act as main point of contact for new payment location requests from existing clients
- Evaluate and optimize current payment processes to expedite activation timelines, improve client experience, and more quickly recognize revenue
- Manage payment specific reporting and communicate insights to relevant internal and external parties
- Own and drive regular meeting cadence with payment vendors
- Bachelor's degree
- 2-4 years of prior experience in the payment acquiring / processing space
- Prior experience with integrated SaaS relationship / account management
- Prior experience with merchant application and account onboarding tasks
- Prior experience working with software onboarding applications
- Prior experience working within Salesforce is preferred
