What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Technician position at Planet Bingo?
Planet Bingo, a Software Gaming Company has an opening for a Regional IT Technician to service our clients. The technician installs, troubleshoots computer work stations and local area networks as well as our hand-held bingo devices at our client's facilities (casinos). The technician will provide technical support and demonstrate excellent customer service. The Regional technician will travel to different locations to service our clients.
Key Responsibilities
*Installs , configures and modifies computer work stations.
*Installs hardware and peripheral components such as monitors, keyboards, hand-held gaming devices, etc.
*Uploads software packages, operating systems, network components and other applications.
*Trains clients, staff and team members on a wide range of Planet Bingo products.
*Performs other duties as requested.
REQUIREMENTS
*AA Degree or certificate i Information Technology (or similar)
*3 years experience in application support and working as an IT Technician
*Proficiency in Microsoft operation systems, PC Hardware and working with printers, internet routers, etc.
*Strong customer service and communication skills
*Technical knowledge of telecommunications, network and PC operating systems.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $5,400.00 per month
