This role focuses on warehouse operations, supporting the efficient handling, processing, and movement of donated materials. You'll play a key part in ensuring materials are sorted, processed, and prepared safely and effectively.
What You'll Do
Warehouse / Material Handler Duties
- Load and unload materials from trucks, pallets, and bins
- Sort donated items into appropriate categories for processing
- Assist with scanning and tracking materials in the system
- Operate and support baling equipment for material processing
- Safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (as needed)
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper storage after use
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe for daily operations
- Support team members and production needs as required
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
Pay: $18/hr

Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts (preferred)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety guidelines
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and support production as needed
