This role is all about getting out in the field, meeting people, and making things happen. As an Entry-Level Outside Sales Representative, you'll help grow Planet Aid's presence by working directly with property owners to secure locations for clothing donation boxes.
You'll build real connections, have meaningful conversations, and represent a mission that makes a positive impact. If you enjoy talking to people, staying active, and working toward clear goals, this role offers hands-on sales experience in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Hit goals: Secure new sites to meet weekly and monthly placement targets.
- Find opportunities: Identify and approach businesses in your territory for new site placements.
- Start conversations: Visit businesses in person, introduce Planet Aid, and build interest in partnerships.
- Sell with purpose: Share Planet Aid's mission in a way that connects with each location's needs.
- Choose great sites: Place bins in high-traffic areas that encourage donations and benefit the community.
- Stay organized: Keep clear and accurate records of visits, contacts, and site details.
- Work as a team: Collaborate with sales and territory teammates to share ideas and strategies.
- Do it the right way: Represent Planet Aid with professionalism, integrity, and respect.
- Be proactive: Report site issues and help address minor maintenance needs when needed.
