Responsibilities
- Interpret and install interiors and FF&E treatments per specifications, blueprints, and job orders.
- Problem-solve and troubleshoot for the most effective and aesthetic installation methods.
- Complete project paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow company policies and safety requirements.
- Communicate promptly about potential issues affecting operations.
- Maintain positive relationships with supervisors, team members, contractors, and customers.
- Demonstrate flexibility, creativity, and willingness to improve job-related skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–3 years of installation experience with related work.
- Ability to read and interpret documents and blueprints.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and listening.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Customer service mindset and ability to meet deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Travel required—approximately 50% overnight, out of state.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
- Regular standing, lifting, climbing, kneeling, and reaching.
- Ability to work at variable heights (ladders, scaffolds, lifts).
