Director of Growth and Operations

PlanCheckPro.AI is seeking a Director of Growth and Operations to lead the platform’s growth, operations, and nationwide expansion.

This is a senior leadership role for someone who can take ownership of the business from end to end. The right candidate will be responsible for helping lead PlanCheckPro.AI through its next phase of growth, including national rollout across all 50 states, go-to-market execution, sales team development, hiring, and overall operational leadership.

We are looking for someone who knows how to build, lead, and scale. This person must be able to create structure, drive revenue, manage people, and execute at a high level.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the overall growth and expansion strategy for PlanCheckPro.AI
• Drive nationwide rollout across all 50 states
• Build, hire, train, and manage a strong sales team
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Work directly with executive leadership on long-term vision and execution
• Oversee day-to-day operational leadership for the platform
• Coordinate across sales, operations, product, and client relationships
• Establish performance metrics, accountability, and reporting structure
• Help position PlanCheckPro.AI as a national leader in AI-driven plan review technology

Qualifications:

• Proven leadership experience in operations, growth, business development, or executive management
• Strong track record of building and scaling teams or business units
• Experience hiring and managing high-performing sales teams
• Strong business development and revenue generation skills
• Ability to operate strategically while also executing hands-on
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Experience in SaaS, construction technology, permitting, engineering, or related industries is preferred
• Experience with national expansion is a plus
