We are currently looking for an HR Intern to join our Human Resources Team. The intern will primarily support our General HR and Recruitment functions and gain valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update employee training records, certifications, and licenses.
- Handle basic training-related correspondence and inquiries.
- Support the Recruitment team in sourcing candidates, converting resumes, and creating job
postings. - Upload, categorize, and maintain HR documents in SharePoint for easy accessibility
- Review and verify employee records for accuracy and completeness
- Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with data management and security protocols
- Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate
Qualifications to be successful in the role:
- Currently pursuing a degree in BSBA Major in Human Resource Management, BS Psychology, or any relevant degree; We also accept fresh graduates.
- Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Must be creative and resourceful.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint and Canva.
