Senior Mechanical Engineer – MEP | Manhattan
Plan B Climatech are partnered with a major player in the MEP space - an established firm of around 500 professionals spanning three offices, including one of the largest and most technically capable engineering teams in New York. Their portfolio spans some of the city’s most complex and visible projects, with a strong concentration in Healthcare, Commercial, Retail, and Mission Critical environments.

Role: Senior Mechanical Engineer (HVAC) – Manhattan
- Lead mechanical/HVAC design across high-profile projects from concept to completion
- Coordinate multidisciplinary efforts with architects, engineers, and key stakeholders
- Oversee and refine engineering documentation for accuracy and quality
- Communicate and present solutions confidently in internal and client-facing settings
- Guide teams on codes, standards, and best practices, while mentoring junior engineers
- Manage design changes, proposals, and approvals across large, complex assignments
- Minimum 10 years of mechanical engineering experience; strong Revit and AutoCAD capability required
