This is a senior, high-impact role where you'll lead project teams, act as the primary client contact, and work directly with firm leadership on business development and staff mentorship — all while delivering complex mechanical engineering projects from concept to completion.
🔧 What the role involves:
• Leading HVAC projects end-to-end, from concept through to construction
• Acting as the primary day-to-day client contact on assigned projects
• Mentoring and developing junior engineers
• Presenting designs confidently to internal and external stakeholders
• Managing fit-out, renovation, and large-scale complex projects simultaneously
✅ What they're looking for:
• 8–14 years of mechanical/HVAC engineering experience
• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid understanding of codes, documentation phases (SD, DD, CD) and multi-trade coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
