We’ll train you in a clear system and support you along the way.
What You’ll Do
- Clean 2–3 homes per day using our proven system
- Work at a steady pace while maintaining quality
- Communicate with your team throughout the day
- Build trust with clients through consistency and care
You’ll Do Well Here If You:
- Show up on time and prepared
- Can handle physical work throughout the day
- Take feedback and use it to improve
- Stay steady, even when the day isn’t perfect
- Communicate honestly when something goes wrong
- Are warm and respectful in clients’ homes—without getting off track
This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
- Need constant change or excitement to stay engaged
- Prefer doing things your own way instead of following a system
- Get easily overwhelmed by feedback or schedule changes
- Struggle with consistency or reliable transportation
