What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technical Program Manager position at Plan A Technologies?
Job Overview
Plan A Technologies is looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Enterprise Business system team, essential for managing systems like NetSuite, Coupa, Visual Lease, Concur, Workday Integrations, Adaptive, etc and responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of critical business processes, which directly impact the efficiency and success of the organization. Their expertise ensures these platforms are properly maintained, configured to meet evolving business needs, and integrated across departments. By owning these systems, business teams help drive informed decision-making, foster collaboration, and ensure the company remains agile and competitive in a rapidly changing market.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and leading complex technical cross-functional programs across various teams (focusing on business applications/FinTech). In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving our initiatives using agile methodologies, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

They are a bar raiser not satisfied with just delivering programs on time—they look around corners and can represent multiple points of view. The successful applicant holds a high bar for product/infrastructure architecture and can both lead technical discussions and represent the customer.
Please note: you must have at least 8 years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role, preferably within fintech or enterprise business systems to be considered for this role.
