Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to women before, during, and after delivery.
- Monitor vital signs of mother and newborn during labor and delivery.
- Assess and manage potential high-risk problems.
- Educate and support patients and families post-delivery.
- Active RN license from an accredited program.
- Recent experience (minimum 18 months) in an Acute Care Labor and Delivery setting.
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, PALS, AWHONN.
- Additional requirements as specified by the healthcare facility.
