Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate Group Therapist for our PHP/IOP programs in East Tennessee.

• Facilitate two evidence-based group sessions daily, using approaches like CBT and DBT.
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document client progress, participation, and response.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and participate in care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure accurate clinical documentation.
• Qualifications include a Master’s in a behavioral health field, current licensure or eligibility, and at least one year of group therapy experience.
  
  

Schedule: Full-time, weekdays with some flexibility.
