The role involves conducting comprehensive assessments, developing treatment plans, delivering therapy in patients' homes or care facilities, and continuously evaluating and adjusting care based on patient progress.
Responsibilities
- Practice independently within the community as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patient needs and develop tailored treatment plans and outcomes.
- Provide personalized therapy and modify plans as patient needs evolve.
- Minimum one year of speech language pathology experience or successful completion of a probationary period as a Rehab Intern.
- Licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist/Audiologist in the applicable state.
- Valid driver's license required outside of Manhattan.
