RN Fellow - IP Rehab and High Acuity

We are seeking a dedicated RN Fellow for the IP Rehab and High Acuity - SESH Nov Cohort in Anchorage, AK.

In this role, you will provide specialized nursing care to patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs in a high-acuity inpatient setting.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatments, and document care activities accurately.
• Educate patients and families on recovery processes, medications, and discharge planning.
• Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and troubleshooting clinical issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and healthcare regulations.
