Registered Nurse - Imaging Procedures

Role Overview: Responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle, managing operational issues during shifts, and providing clinical support as needed. Acts as a resource for staff, communicating patient care updates, departmental concerns, and staff issues to leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care utilizing nursing processes.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff to deliver quality nursing services.
  
  

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Active, unencumbered Georgia RN license or multistate compact license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• 1-2 years of experience in Diagnostic Cardiology, Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, or Emergency Department.
  
  

Skills: Expert knowledge of cardiac rhythms, cardiovascular pharmacology, and proficiency in difficult IV placements.
