Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license, meeting state requirements
- Relevant certifications such as BLS, ACLS, PALS, completed within required timelines
- Strong understanding of nursing processes and patient advocacy
- Excellent coordination and communication skills
