What are the responsibilities and job description for the Psychiatry Physician position at Plan A Health?
We are seeking a full-time BC/BE Psychiatrist to join a community health center with multiple locations in northern Indiana.
Compensation & Benefits: Includes base salary, bonus incentives, $25,000 sign-on bonus, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, paid holidays, retirement plan with match, disability insurance, HSA/FSA, loan forgiveness programs, and visa sponsorship options.
- Responsibilities: Provide outpatient psychiatric care for all ages (5 ), collaborate with primary care providers, therapists, and case managers, and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (additional compensation).
- Workload: Approximately 32 patient contact hours with a potential 4-day workweek, plus Q5 weekend and holiday inpatient coverage (additional pay).
